First off, congratulations on the theme. My site, www.stouthouse.com, has been nuked for around a year, and I've tried about 100 different themes with it.
Yours is, by far, the best. It's also one that (with a few li'l tweaks, like fixing the forum and advanced search links) I'll be keeping for a while.
Now, my question. I'm not much on the theming procs, so I've got no idea how to make the width work for the 800x600 resolution users I have.
At 1024x768, it's beautiful, but at the smaller width a bit of side-scrolling is necessary to see the entire screen.
All your problems in 800*600 arise from the fact that a lot of your block content is far to wide. The only thing you can do is reduce the width of your block content.
I also noticed when creating my site that the topic images cannot be too wide either (I can send you my icon templates if you like...). If you look at my site you will see there is no side scrolling in 800*600, your site can be like that too.
About the netscape user - WebvidaHarmony works fine with Netscape 7.0, I have not bothered about the previous versions because Netscape 7.0 is by far the best release and it is foolish not to upgrade. So tell him UPGRADE!!!
